Vice Chancellor’s Message:
Dear Students, Faculty Members and Well-wishers,

It is with immense pride and a deep sense of responsibility that I extend my warmest greetings as the First Vice Chancellor of Warana University, Warananagar — Maharashtra’s first State Cluster University, enabled under the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 (Section 109[1]) and formally established through Government Resolution No. Manyata-2025/Pr. Kr. 162/TE-4, dated 23rd July 2025.

Warana University emerges from the profound academic and cooperative legacy of Late Shri Tatyasaheb Kore, a visionary who believed education to be the most effective tool for rural transformation. Under the umbrella of Shree Warana Vibhag Shikshan Mandal (SWVSM), the university brings together three reputed institutions of the region — Tatyasaheb Kore Institute of Engineering and Technology (TKIET), Tatyasaheb Kore College of Pharmacy (TKCP) and Yashwantrao Chavan Warana Mahavidyalaya (YCWM) — to form a unified and progressive academic ecosystem committed to multidisciplinary, valuebased, and innovation-driven education.

With the support of the UGC, AICTE, Government of Maharashtra and the foundational strength of SWVSM, Warana University is poised to become a center of excellence in knowledge creation, applied research, entrepreneurship, and social development. Our academic offerings span Engineering, Pharmacy, Arts, Commerce, Science, Management, Computer Applications and emerging areas like Cyber Security — thoughtfully curated to meet the evolving needs of students and industries alike.

As a new-generation university rooted in cooperative principles and rural empowerment, we aim to create a nurturing environment that encourages research, critical thinking, and socially responsible innovation. We are committed to fostering national and international collaborations with leading institutions and industry partners to ensure global exposure, research synergy, and career opportunities for our students.
